Rtn.R.Srinivasan was born on the Farmers' festival Pongal day, 14th January 1951 at Reddiyarur, Coimbatore Dt, Tamil Nadu, India from an Agrarian Family. Father Mr.Ramasamy and Mother Mrs.Gajalakshmi.  

His Educational Qualification is Bachelor of Commerce from Kandasamy Kandar College under Madras University.

He was interested in Agriculture and took care of his family farms. At a young age he ran the Prestigious Lighthouse Theatre in Karur.

Later he acquired Krishna theatre and renamed it as LakshmiRaam Theatre as a contribution to his parents.

 He does film distribution and is a member of Film Distributor Association, as a theater owner he is member of Cinema Exhibitor Association.

 He joined Rotary in 1993 and held the position as the club level Greetings committee Chairman during 1997-1998 and 1998-1999.

Member of T.E.A.C.H Happy School 2016-2017. Became PHF in 2010-2011, and contributed $1000 to TRF.

 Holds regular Meeting Attendee around 90%, attended all District conferences, club assembly,  and District Seminars.

 Regular contributor to various activities through Rotary and other bodies.

Srinivasan is married to Vanaja and the couple is blessed with two daughters Ahila devi, Krithika devi and one son Subba Reddy Sudangan
